Mark Connelly is an experienced listed-company chair, held extensive leadership roles within the resources industry, as well as direct operational and capital markets experience in various jurisdictions including Australia, North America, South America, Africa and Europe.
Mr Connelly is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management, and the Society of Mining Metallurgy and Exploration.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A geologist with 15 years of multi-commodity experience spanning greenfield prospect generation to operational roles in open pit and underground projects.
Was Exploration Manager at Echo Resources where he oversaw the exploration strategy and growth of it’s resource base to over 1.8 Moz and the eventual $240m takeover by Northern Star Resources (ASX:NSR).
Dr. Warren holds roles as Chief Technical Officer for Marquee Resources Ltd (ASX:MQR) and is a Non-Executive Director of Pure Resources Ltd (ASX:PR1).
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Works in equities markets as a stockbroker, Company Secretary and accountant for multiple ASX listed companies gaining exposure to the resources and technology sectors.
Has worked on multiple initial public offers (IPO), reverse takeovers (RTO) and equity capital markets (ECM) transactions while developing his knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act.
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australian & New Zealand.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Brings over 32 years’ experience including 11 years with BHP, 10 years with AFSL holder Kirke Securities Ltd as Compliance Manager, Finance Manager and Responsible Executive.
Also serves as Company Secretary of Marquee Resources Ltd (ASX:MQR), Global Oil & Gas Ltd (ASX:GLV) and Prominence Energy NL (ASX.PRM).
Anna was previously the Company Secretary/CFO of Kalia Limited (ASX:KLH), Applabs Technologies Ltd (ASX.ALA) , XTV Limited (ASX.XTV), TAO Commodities Ltd (ASX.TAO) and Financial Controller at Force Commodities Ltd.
EXPLORATION MANAGER
Holds 15 years’ experience in project management in mineral exploration throughout Australia and globally.
Kane has had extensive experience operating in the Artic Circle, where he was responsible for executing multiple drilling programs and managed the first trial mine for Talga Resources Ltd at their Vittangi Graphite Project, Sweden.
Through the process Kane was heavily involved in initial First Nations engagement with the Talma Sami and other stakeholders.
